Overcrowded
with parallel ghosts,
your heart is stuck on ground hogs day.
The “deal with later” file is a
stellar attempt to compartmentalize
everything that was important,
before you met,
this new “most important”.
And the cycle repeats,
but one day “the deal with later” file
will come knocking,
knocking with
a vengeance,
the kind of vengeance
that rattles souls
and refuses to be ignored.
It arrives at dusk (a space and time between heaven and hell)
where parallel ghosts become crossed and you a marked man.
